Social commitment
Opportunities should not depend on where you start.
Ethos trains young people to turn their skills into opportunities. We want that door to stay open to those the system often leaves behind: for lack of means, of a network, or because no one thought of them.

GEO programme
Give'Em Opportunity
With Give'Em Opportunity (GEO), we aim to train people with disabilities and young women for opportunities in digital and tech. The programme is completely free for them.
Digital creates jobs you can do from a phone or a computer, without depending on a place or a network. It is a huge chance for those with the least access to traditional opportunities. They still need a way in.
100% free
No programme fees for GEO participants.
People with disabilities
Adapted support, so that disability is no longer a barrier to employment or entrepreneurship.
Young women
More women in digital and tech, inspiring role models and a community that supports them.
Real opportunities
Digital skills, support and connections to real opportunities, not just theory.

Open community
A free community to learn how to get started
The Ethos community is open free of charge to more than 1,000 young people aged 17 to 30. It helps them move from idea to project: getting started, finding first clients, building a network.
It has already organised more than 7 workshops and talks, all 100% free, with professionals and entrepreneurs who share what really works.
- Free access, no degree required
- For young people aged 17 to 30
- Free workshops and talks
- Mutual support and shared opportunities
Access to training
Quality training, within reach
01
Free application
Applying to a programme costs nothing. You only pay once your application is accepted.
02
Scholarships every session
10 scholarships for Ethos Academy and 10 for Ethos Campus greatly reduce fees for motivated people who need them.
03
A phone is enough
Most sessions are online: a phone and an internet connection are enough to follow the programme, wherever you live.
04
No degree required
We look at motivation and the project, not just academic background.
Environment
Training without a heavier footprint
A school that prepares the future must also take care of it. We reduce the environmental impact of our activities, at our scale, and raise awareness in our community.
What we already do
Mostly online programmes
Most sessions are followed remotely. Fewer daily trips means less fuel burned and less pollution in our cities.
Paperless
Application, interview, payment, receipts, mission follow-up and programme documents: everything happens online, with no printing.
Grouped in-person sessions
In-person sessions are few and grouped together, to limit travel for learners and speakers.
Our commitments
Events without disposable plastic
Reusable bottles and containers instead of single-use bottles and cups at our workshops and talks.
Shared travel
Encouraging carpooling and shared transport to get to sessions and events.
Responsible digital use
Raising learners' awareness of frugal digital habits: keeping devices longer, repairing them, choosing refurbished, lightening files and uploads.
Projects that matter
Encouraging and showcasing learners' projects that address local environmental issues: waste, recycling, energy, agriculture.
Let's build it together
Companies, institutions, associations, mentors: every contribution helps fund scholarships, open GEO to more participants and organise more free workshops.
